Music has always played and important role in my life. Different artists for different seasons. Different songs for different moods. I have always found music and sound to have a profound impact on life and the expression of it. With many years playing instruments of different types. Each with their own feeling and expression. I really began to understand the core mechanics on how music and sound physically stimulate the body and mind through tone, contrast, and release.

Over three years ago, I was introduced to crystal singing bowls by someone very dear to me. My first experience brought me to a profound place of inner stillness amidst some of the most difficult challenges of my life. But I felt there was something more for me beyond simply listening and my own emotional and spiritual healing. It felt like a calling to share my own talents and musical experience through these amazing instruments. Helping others discover their own inner peace in a universe of uncertainty.

In my every day life, I enjoy gardening, hiking, woodworking, gaming and painting models in a quiet country home where I care for my family, cats, and chickens.

Cyndal is the owner of Blooming Lotus Hypnosis Wellness Center. For Nearly a decade, she has worked with the subconscious mind, helping people create meaningful change and build lives that feel more intentional, aligned, and fulfilling.

Her love of sound healing grew naturally alongside her work with hypnosis. Cyndal is especially fascinated by the places we can reach when the thinking mind gets quieter and we all ourselves to go deeper. Through sound baths, hypnosis, meditation, and other mind body spirit practice, she creates experiences designed to help people slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether she is guiding a hypnotic journey or playing the drum. Cyndal’s approach brings together the practical and the spiritual, with a deep respect for the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.

When Cyndal isn’t working with hypnosis clients or hosting events, you can usually find her fostering dogs with Murci’s Mission, hiking, creating art, or traveling and exploring somewhere new.
